The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has revised its "Equal Employment Opportunity is the Law" poster to reflect changes required by the employment provision (Title II) of the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA) which became effective November 21, 2009.

 

Federal law requires posting in workplaces informing individual of their rights under federal employment descrimination laws. the new poster can be found at www.eeoc.gov/employers/poster.cfm
