State continuation coverage, which affects companies with less than 20 employees, was changed by ARRA. People on state continuation are eligible for the 65% premium subsidy. The Oregon Insurance Division has now released information on how the subsidy will be managed in the State of Oregon. In addition, the Insurance Division is considering additional changes to Oregon law regarding state continuation.
